PTPN continues to advocate in Washington, D.C. for physical therapists

PTPN continues to battle Medicare therapy caps in Washington, D.C.

 
Recently, we joined over 25 other organizations that published ads (PDF) in Politico and Roll Call, directed at Senate and Congressional leaders, urging them to extend the Medicare therapy cap exceptions process. These organizations include the APTA, AOTA, ASHA, PPS, Easter Seals, Autism Society, National MS Society, and United Cerebral Palsy. In addition, FOTO (Focus on Therapeutic Outcomes) also signed the ad; PTPN and FOTO are the only private companies listed as signatories to the ad.

We thank all the organizations and individuals that worked to bring this ad, and are working to bring this issue, to the attention of Congress. We are determined to advocate on the behalf of physical therapists in private practice and continue to work towards ending these reimbursement caps permanently.
