PTPN’s regional office in Phoenix coordinates services for providers, payers and patients throughout Arizona. Our network, which is made up of more than 195 rehabilitation clinics in private practice, is contracted with most of the area’s major health plans, as well as workers’ compensation carriers, TPAs and employer groups.

Centralized scheduling

Our Arizona office offers centralized scheduling for our workers’ compensation clients. Scheduling is done out of the Phoenix based office, affording easy access to PTPN providers statewide.

To utilize PTPN’s centralized scheduling, simply call the Arizona PTPN office at 602-482-1331, fax the patient’s information and therapy prescription to 602-482-1311, or email the office at [email protected].

Dawn Ripa has played a key role in the development of PTPN since 1997, expanding the network from 25 clinics in 1997 to more than 195 clinics today. As Executive Director, she is responsible for the day‐to‐day operations of the region, including payer and provider contracting, marketing, provider relations, claims processing, overseeing of the Quality Assurance and Credentialing programs, and budgeting and analysis of overall network performance.
